CABIN POLICIES

To confirm a reservation Hidden Acres Cabin requires a first night deposit to be paid. Payment in full is required 14 days prior to the confirmed check in date, however, full payment may be made prior to 14 days.

• Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is11:00AM
• Cabin is NON-SMOKING. Smoking areas provided.
• Policies are subject to change without notice.
• Rentals may not be transferred or sublet.
• No refunds for early check out or weather issues.
• Pets are allowed with a $45.00 fee.
• Owners can refuse any reservation.
• Guest must be 21 years of age to rent cabin.
• Owners or their representatives reserve the right to enter property to make repairs.
• Owners shall not be held liable for any damage to guests or to any other persons.
